I believe peace is what we all wish for both for ourselves and for the world, but peace doesn't just happen magically. It takes understanding. Once you train your brain though with the mental models that promote peace, it becomes like breathing. Life will never stop throwing stressful challenges at you, but you can learn to overcome your stress so that it doesn't ruin the enjoyment of life.
You will become the calm within the storm. As our world becomes increasingly conflicted and chaotic, it's becoming ever more important that you learn how to create peace in your life. The Wordless World Principle In this guidebook, we will break down the science of the brain and how that knowledge can be used to create internal and external peace. Readers will come to know themselves better than they ever did before, and understand how through peace of mind they can improve relationships with family, friends, coworkers and the rest of the world. |
